At Privika Handcraft Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs and videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products.
  • Incorrect products delivered.

Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

  2. Mention:
    • Order Number
    • Customer Name
    • Reason for Return/Exchange
    • Supporting Photos/Videos
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, further instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

6. Damaged Package on Delivery

  • Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
