• Shipping charges are additional and vary based on the product's weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
• Shipping costs will be communicated to the customer after the final product selection and before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be shared via email or WhatsApp (where available).
• Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
